Sales Package
Our sales package includes a 360-degree tour of the main rooms, along with coverage of the front and back yards and any balcony areas. It also provides detailed floorplan and site plan, complete with measurements, and your listing will remain online for 12 months.

Rental Package
Our rental package offers a 360-degree tour of five main rooms, along with coverage of the front yard and back yard or balcony areas. It also includes a detailed floorplan with measurements, and the listing remains online for five years, allowing it to be reused across multiple tenancies.

How long does the photo shoot take?
Our photo shoots usually take about an hour to complete.
When will I get my 360 degree tour?
We will send you your 360 degree real estate tour within 24 hours of completing the photo shoot.
How long will my 360 degree property tour be available for?
For our sales package, your 360 degree property tour will be available for a period of 12 months.
For our rental package, your 360 degree property tour will be available for a period of 5 years.
Will I get a floorplan with my tour?
Yes. Both of our packages include a fully accurate and measureable floorplan.
Our sales package also includs a site plan with measurements. These are supplied both in the tour and as seperate image files for your internal use in brochures.
What do I need to do to prepare for my photo shoot?
The main thing is to make sure your property is neat and tidy. You want to portray your property in the best possible way. Because these tours are fully 360 degree, the camera will capture everything in the room.
Also try and ensure as much natural light as possible by opening blinds and curtains.
