Resolution varies dependent on how many cameras we use and which kind of rig. We can shoot 360 degree videos from 2K resolution to 8k resolution.

Generally we can produce a finished product withing 7-10 days of filming however this may vary dependent on the length and size of the video file and how much editing we need to do.

We can add any text and logo you require however, this requires extra time to create and we will charge extra for the time it takes us to create.

We use multiple high definition action cameras mounted into custom made 360 video camera rigs in order to capture spherical video footage.

After the shoot, whether it be 360 video, architectural photography, or aerial photography, we send the invoice with an ETA to be paid before delivery of final projects. We then perform post processing and produce the 360 tour in which we will provide to you for review. Once reviewed, we perform any final adjustments and send the final virtual tours and videos.

Yes, if you don’t want any people in the shoot, please close down those areas during that time. We can provide very specific time frames that we will be in each area if you would like so that you would only need to keep each area closed for a short period of time

A model release form is an agreement signed by each individual in the 360 video shoot to allow us to photograph them and use their images for marketing and public material. Don’t worry, we have model release forms that we can send for you to print and have signed.

For an ultimate 360 immersive experience, we recommend to view it through a vr headseat such as Samsung Gear VR, or Oculus Rift

There is no restriction to what time we can shoot 360 video. As long as there is sufficient lighting provided we can shoot pretty much anything.

Your website will need to be specially coded to be able to play 360 degree video. We offer website development to add this module to your website.
